Last week, Captivating Worlds participated in the Room Escape Conference held along side of the Halloween Attractions Conference in St Louis. Certainly another "sign of the times" - this one at Captivating Worlds. There is much concern we have for our communities, especially since we hear things will likely get worse before they get better. Hang in there, be safe, have hope and we'll make it through....
This just came in the mail today . . . our official notification that Captivating Worlds is a registered trademark. We're happy about that as we think the name is rather nifty. Some history about the name: it was generated through a crowdsource website along with about 50 other possibilities. After we selected the finalists, the top 6 or 7 were submitted for market research to see the demographics that preferred one name versus another. This little pooch is looking around the corner to figure out what is going on. Well a bunch of wiring, that's what's going on. As Doctor Faustus entertains those who drop by Captivating Worlds, we're hard at work finishing up the next escape room experience, the Barnyard Winds. We're looking to start testing after the end of this month. So hopefully we'll be able to announce exactly when we'll be opening this experience soon....

Working through the technology of Captivating Worlds . . . Capped off today soldering 8 wires to a remote control so that we can operate the remote without being anywhere near the device. Lots of technological challenges have been overcome while there are a few more to resolve. Nevertheless, we're getting there. Soon, we'll be showing off a lot more!
